yum! that looks great.

i made tacos last week on my family vacation. we did blue corn hard shells and white corn soft. used refried beans for main filling, lettuce, corn, rice, + a chipotle lime hot sauce that turned out pretty good

Had tacos for lunch yesterday from here, and they do this thing where they put a corn tortilla on the grill, and stick another corn tortilla to the first one USING CHEESE, and then put all the taco stuffins, including more cheese, on top and I was almost bouncing up and down I was so happy to see this happening in front of me.

The completo is a type of hot dog eaten in Chile. It is usually served with ingredients such as avocado, diced tomato and mayonnaise. bordain went to chile on his show monday night. haven't watched it yet, but I'm thinking there's gonna be some hot dogs like that.

there's a place in Jackson Heights called Xtasis Megahamburger that I think sells various weird south american hamburgers and hot dogs. Walked by the other night and noticed a burger with shrimp on it.

A SHRIMPBURGER SOUNDS AMAZINGLY ATTRACTIVE RIGHT NOW. But if it turns out to be like a California goatcheese pizza and weird stuff I'd be bumbed.

daphne's (greek fast food chain) has started selling "street pitas" which are basically like gyros (or falafel or w/e) on a taco made of pita. i like.

I would also like to apply for the job of collecting the sweaty dew drops from the breasts of the Goddess of Pork and Beef Byproducts.

Man, cochinita pibil may be the most overrated labor-intensive regional Mexican cuisine. It's no shock they only eat it in the Yucatan.
