Guess the City

Google car has taken a hell of a wrong turn there.

Somewhere in Nevada? Bakersfield? I see those black tanker cars on road trips all the time.
(Wherever it is, doesn't look very city-like!)

That hovering thing in the front is scaffolding, so maybe somebody climbed up there for the shot?

There's a sign in the distance between the scaffolding uprights that I thought said "Mia" on the top left, but really it's too indistinct to be sure.

Needs someone with an eye for distinguishing industrial plants. I came across this pulping place in Columbus County, WA, which looks like the right kind of setting at least:

If it was petrochemical, it would likely be a much more secure facility - but something is definitely either filling or pumping out those tanker cars on the tracks. And it's pretty green, not dried out like West Texas.

there's a possibly distinctive bridge (a railway bridge?) in the background

car direction in the first pic indicates RHD, so not UK, but it might just be parked the wrong way round.

There does seem to be a car pointing in the same direction on the other side of the road.

Those houses in the first pic are the most UK thing ever. Seems like a fairly big city centre in the distance...

Searching a while based on the tower block design it appears to be a view of Newcastle from Gateshead (mun).

I was kinda randomly google driving around in Barcelona just because of the possible union jack menu but Barcelona is way big and probably wrong anyway

I'm confused by the yellow sign with a black 'X' on it that's in the background right in the center of the picture. It's a weird place to find such a sign that I associate with some danger warning, but maybe it's just a shop sign. For some reason I'm thinking Turkey or Croatia.

That is the logo of Raiffeisen Bank, you can see the name of the bank written in white on black slightly to the right of the sign. It's an Austrian bank but I don't think this is anywhere in Austria. They have a big presence in Albania as well but I checked all the largest towns in Albania for Raiffeisen branches and couldn't find a match, I could well have missed it though.
