Was thinking somewhere in Montenegro but can't find anything from maps.

I’m leaning more towards Brazil again. The blue line is puzzling.
― Scampo di tutti i Scampi (ShariVari), Wednesday, 31 March 2021 11:01 (five years ago)
The blue line is just the streetview route
― or something, Wednesday, 31 March 2021 11:06 (five years ago)
Aha!
― Scampo di tutti i Scampi (ShariVari), Wednesday, 31 March 2021 11:07 (five years ago)
Is that ocean on the left of this view?
I like Brazil for all three images but not if thats the ocean
― cherry blossom, Wednesday, 31 March 2021 12:02 (five years ago)
I'm away to look up coca-cola franchises in the entirety of Latin and South America, I'll have your answer in a week.
― Duncan Disorderly (Tom D.), Wednesday, 31 March 2021 12:14 (five years ago)
It's not the ocean
― or something, Wednesday, 31 March 2021 12:15 (five years ago)
probably more fruitful to try to identify that blue and white bus (not that I’ve had any luck with it so far)

Another pic would be good.

I'll give a clue as well. Nobody has guessed the right country yet

although that sign at the side of the road in the most recent picture looks unfamiliar to me
― 《Myst1kOblivi0n》 (jim in vancouver), Wednesday, 31 March 2021 19:48 (five years ago)
what is the big sign on the store? pasco?
― treeship., Wednesday, 31 March 2021 20:17 (five years ago)
you’d think, but then you’d think it would be findable, which... no
― Blick, Bils & Blinky • Let's Skip The Shaker Intros (breastcrawl), Wednesday, 31 March 2021 20:21 (five years ago)
lol I have also looked at a lot of stores in Pasco, Washington
― rob, Wednesday, 31 March 2021 20:22 (five years ago)
yeah I've been scrolling through page after page of Pasco logos without success. weird.

quetzaltenango
― 《Myst1kOblivi0n》 (jim in vancouver), Wednesday, 31 March 2021 23:05 (five years ago)
The sign on the right is impossible to fully decipher but it looks like a muster or meeting point with a three word phrase with 'di' or 'de' in the middle, google translate gives punto de reunión in spanish which looks like a good fit but could be italian or portuguese or similar.
― Computers I can live with, I even dried them in the oven (ledge), Thursday, 1 April 2021 09:04 (five years ago)
think you might be right, but once again, as to finding this particular version of the sign...
― Blick, Bils & Blinky • Let's Skip The Shaker Intros (breastcrawl), Thursday, 1 April 2021 09:33 (five years ago)
Trying to decipher the street name that has been obscured in the first pic. The last two letters of the first word look like "da" and the first letter of the second word is "A", if that's any help. Don't think it's "Avenue", though, but I could be wrong.
― joni mitchell jarre (anagram), Thursday, 1 April 2021 09:36 (five years ago)
Feeling irrationally angry towards Pasco and their unsearchable logo.
― Computers I can live with, I even dried them in the oven (ledge), Thursday, 1 April 2021 09:58 (five years ago)
Its definitely a good one (or four)

― Computers I can live with, I even dried them in the oven (ledge), Thursday, 1 April 2021 10:07 (five years ago)
Had a feeling that last pic would reveal all eventually. Well done Jibe
― or something, Thursday, 1 April 2021 10:09 (five years ago)
once it became clear it could have been a spanish speaking country, i figured that pasco logo might actually be paseo. started searching for paseo centro comercial, ended up on paseo libertad's website and saw the same logo as that pic and then i looked on gmaps for paseo supermarkets in argentina

Damn, never even heard of Salta. I'd checked Cordoba (which didn't look too bad for it) and Mendoza but that was as close as I got

There were some really wild guesses on this thread!
― cherry blossom, Thursday, 1 April 2021 10:27 (five years ago)
The two mountains in the back window of the bus suggested it was somewhere high altitude but i was was miles away. I've never been to that part of Argentina.
― Scampo di tutti i Scampi (ShariVari), Thursday, 1 April 2021 10:49 (five years ago)

So whats the story with the blue line? Google is adding it when you do directions? Were you doing a route?
― cherry blossom, Thursday, 1 April 2021 11:26 (five years ago)
It's just there when I drop down into streetview, shows where coverage is available. I assume it's there for everybody. Maybe others have a different method for finding pics?

that looks like india, let's say chennai?
― Jibe, Thursday, 1 April 2021 12:24 (five years ago)
It’s not Chennai.
― Scampo di tutti i Scampi (ShariVari), Thursday, 1 April 2021 12:25 (five years ago)
Agree it looks like India with the English advertising and "A Timeless Experience"... could be Taj Mahal? So, Agra?
― or something, Thursday, 1 April 2021 13:02 (five years ago)
actually it's prob not india as the cars are on the right side of the road... i've started looking at accra as ghana seems to be a right hand side driving, english speaking country... and there's a pullmann hotel soon to be built with the tagline "a timeless experience" (tho tbf i'm pretty sure one in two luxury building in construction has that tagline).
