I'm going to be embarrassed if it turns out to be Exeter but I don't think it is it's not just that I don't recognise either shot ,it's that I'd expect to see some evidence of the red Devon stone somewhere if it was.

I once spent a night wondering around Exeter and sleeping in the bus station after missing the last northbound national express coach on a sunday afternoon about 20 odd years ago.
