It looks like it could be a cemetery, and cats in cemeteries always make me think Paris, but the bench doesn’t look like Pere Lachaise.

It could definitely be Recoleta in Buenos Aires.

yeah cats in a cemetery always makes me think of la recoleta first, though cats in a cemetery seems to be a common thing. ive never been to buenos aires incidentally, but i did plan a solo trip there many moons ago, and have read up on the city a bit

It’s Warsaw University of Technology which was damaged in the war and restored in the fifties, I think, with a glass roof added later.
