I have spent a lot of time in DC-Baltimore-Philly and these solid streetfronts don't look to me like those solid streetfronts (in particular the iron on the windows doesn't look right to me)

The tile-work(?) is not something you find in Philly, except for ten years in California, I've been living here or returning here for nearly forty years, never seen anything like those.

having spent the last three years taking my son to construction sites, i will say: the construction vehicles do not look north american.

Maybe it's Canada! I really do think the white-collonade face of that long brick building looks New England, and so do the trees, but the construction stuff reads to me as French, that's where I'm getting Canada.

Tiles make me think Portugal and I've thought Lisbon a couple of times recently but it hasn't been but maybe this is? So, Lisbon?

I think the key may lie in finding out which country/city is apt to space out those cubic orange/white channelizing barricades in such a manner.

The green truck seems to have a word on the front -- looks like MACNYE to me but I'm not getting any hits for that

that's what I was thinking. the Blue on white tile and then the orange-roofed building in the distance made me think "southern Sweden" for some reason.

The buildings are the wrong height for France. Need one more story for provincial villes. Also I’ve never seen tiles like that here.

Agree that it doesn't look like France, does look like Europe. But not necessarily Northern Europe? Tiles look Iberian to me, although it's pretty flat for Portugal so maybe Spain? Or a colonial Spanish city in South America? The barricades seem not like something you'd see in a wealthy country...
