Pittsburgh is okay, it is INCREDIBLY dreary, though. After Portland, it has the most days with cloud cover of any major US city. Of course, some might find that appealing.
I will note that I have driven through Pgh and spent a number of days in Pittsburgh, and I never, ever saw the sun. Anecdotal, sure, but still.
I'm also from Philadelphia, tho, so talking shit on Pittsburgh is like second nature.
