I agree though something is really off with that video. I hate to be one of those "new tone" idiots but it almost feels like he's genuinely scared about something his legal people told him and is dropping the "Donald Trump" character for a brief moment. He talks like someone who got pulled over with drugs in the car. It's freaking me out about as much as this one documentary I watched that had a cameo by Gilbert Godfreid where you can actually hear his real voice. I'm genuinely unsettled by it.

For me the immediate association is with McCain saying the bit about the Confederate flag in a deliberately stilted way, then later admitting he did so to indicate that it was bullshit.

xp -- it isn't a conspiracy to point out that there is one very obvious jump cut, and that the purpose of jump cuts in this kind of video is frequently to stitch together two pieces of footage that were not in chronological order while having it look natural. this is just basic video editing 101

I Indeed was saying that. I got the impression Forks was saying that some of us think there was no editing involved--obviously there was. Like I said before it was probably painstakingly done sentence by sentence. Maybe I misunderstood whatever I’m going to sleep.

I think there are some obv edits in here but it is far more likely his sudden coherence and quick tongue are a combination of being coked to the gills and being truly, genuinely terrified for maybe the first time in his life.
