They can appeal to the Third Circuit, but given how thoroughly they trashed a Trump campaign lawsuit a few days back, small chance of relief (and the judges who did so are of a notably conservative bent). Not unrelated, an attorney working in the 3rd Circuit noted this re the judge that delivered today's ruling:
