Scavino has had full access for the entire administration, and probably has an underling or two tweeting also. In the first year or so you could always tell which were Trump and which were Scavino based not only on tone and comprehensibility, but because Trump's said "sent from Android" and Scavino's were "sent from twitter for iphone"
