I did, man alive. I was at Hamilton 98-2000, and Zuck and I crossed paths for one (or maybe two) sessions there.

I don't have many interesting stories, mostly nerdy teenage stuff. However, former ILXor 'eppy' was an RA and dear friend to me when I was a confused queer punk nerd.

Otherwise, most of my stories involve how incredibly weird and amazing all of the friends I made there continue to be-- I've had some friends for over 23 years, which blows my mind. Bless CTY.

i hesitate to go along with bringing abuse/trauma language into political discussions because i generally don't think it's helpful to view your political opponents as abusers — but i do understand why others may disagree with me on that especially in the Trump era. personally i think it's simpler to say he's lying and projecting.

I view it more like “Susan Collins is a liar, Trump and McConnell are straight-up abusive”

why do you hesitate? i think it's actually much simpler to apply the language of abuse to obvious abusers.
