a daily mail story, via RawStory. it's funny, and i do believe it, but hard pass! that same story also says "In particular, the tabloid says that Trump will consider Biden a “phony” president and will boycott his inauguration in January", which is also very believable, even probable, but i don't trust the daily mail to deliver that information

He needs to consume a lot of calories very quickly so he can form a chrysalis and reach his next evolutionary stage before Biden takes office.

Every lawyer/paralegal has made a "defective" filing before -- often it's highly technical. However, filing an appeal where you don't include the thing you're appealing is pretty bad. And having four deficiencies as opposed to one is also pretty bad.

Somehow I don't think they genuinely regretted to inform them that their submission was defective.
