Just in: Monroe Co., PA in the Poconos region just flipped to Biden w/ more mail ballots counted. Biden is now ahead there by 6.0% w/ 80k ballots counted. In 2016, Clinton won Monroe by just 0.7% w/ 70k ballots cast.

I mean it's worth remembering that six months ago -- remember six months ago! -- a whole part of the Biden pitch was that he was from Scranton and had never really left the Mid-Atlantic and was the kind of candidate who would do well in, specifically, Pennsylvania.

NC isn't reporting until the 12th, because people in NC can still fix their ballots

(I'm phone banking for that reason, since despite being a Yankee I do still have my old NC area code)
