Nobody is racking up as many early voters as Harris County in Texas, as noted upthread it's the because since 2018 the County Clerk is now a Democrat and is actively helping people vote instead of hindering them. Thank Beto for that. Travis County (Austin) early voting will match their *total* 2016 vote sometime tomorrow.
