lots of people will think Hunter's emails are vitally important, but that's only because they are being fed that line hourly by the outrage peddlers they pay close attention to. they are a lost cause in terms of ever getting them to think about issues that can't be cast in terms of a soap opera plot.

yeah but none of those people were ever not voting for Trump

he's just too up his own ass this time around with right wing twittersphere garbage

I never listen to radio outrage peddlers, but the other night I was scrolling through the AM band in my car trying to find the baseball game, and came across one of those guys yelling so hard about Hunter’s emails I thought he was going to have a stroke. I don’t know how listeners subject themselves to that much vitriol. I couldn’t do it even if it was anti-Trump radio, it’s just so toxic.

I wonder if it was Mark Levin you were listening to. That guy always sounded like he was gonna have a heart attack. Pls calm down sir

just checked the early vote tracker site Ned posted

16% of Minnesota's population has voted already

Blues Guitar Solo Heatmap (Free Download) (upper mississippi sh@kedown), Friday, 16 October 2020 18:27 (five years ago)

that is nuts. what percent usually votes in total in an election campaign?

I really hope someone does Trump era trading cards of all the weirdos and grifters and has-beens who hitched their wagon to this flaming sceptic tank

Andy the Grasshopper, Friday, 16 October 2020 18:31 (five years ago)

xpost MN has high voter turnout, 75% in 2016

so if my math is correct, about 21% of 2016 electorate has already voted

and tomorrow is Saturday

I haven't spoken to Pelosi either

Maybe it will be a new tradition to yell about emails every election. That way, sign shirt and mug producers can get a head start on their "what about the emails?!?" merch and the "who" and "why" can get figured out sometime further down the road.

Hey, I've got a mint Lewandoswki that I will trade for a Scaramucci.

No deal, man, but I'll give you two Bannons and a fair-condition Parscale.

The ultimate prize - a rookie Omarosa - eludes me still.

Your taxpayer dollars are paying for Trump to deliver a speech in Florida today in which he's blasting Hunter Biden and smearing the Biden family as a "crime family." #projection pic.twitter.com/cMG8GMOQdm

DUBLIN — Laurita Blewitt knows how deep Joe Biden’s Irish roots run. When the White House contacted her to help put together a family lunch ahead of the then-vice president’s 2016 visit to Ireland, she struggled to limit the crowd.

“He’s loads of cousins living here, in and around Ballina, and that’s just one side of his Irish family,” said Blewitt, 37, a fourth cousin who lives near the County Mayo tourist town along the River Moy...

Why isn't Biden playing up this angle more? American love the Irish. He should be stopping the train in every rust belt town for a pint of Guinness and a plate of mushy malarkey peas.

Hillary has joined Pelosi in weighing in on the LA City Council

Following @BernieSanders' endorsement of challenger @nithyavraman, and @SpeakerPelosi's endorsement of incumbent @davideryu, today brings another bafflingly large endorsement in an otherwise small local race: @HillaryClinton has thrown her support behind Ryu for #CD4

Hillary Clinton always ready to endorse a sex-crimer for public office amirite

somewhere between a Bill Plympton and a Karl Malone

or a Steadman "Paranoid"

https://i.guim.co.uk/img/media/a241e4bd0dd463e43f076541a6211e68e70e56ba/95_274_3332_4276/master/3332.jpg

some version of this is actually kinda true though lol

for this to work, hundreds of dedicated voters would have to be randomly selected to become Nielsen research households, then go out and buy dozens of TVs each, then convince Nielsen that hundreds of people of the exact demographics that Nielsen are looking to fill their pool with at that time have moved into their houses, then go around the house during not only the town hall, but a convincing proportion of everything they ever watch, pressing "confirm" on the button for each of the hundreds of people living in each home, every 35 minutes. at which point they realise that they'll actually need extra manpower to manage the timing, and actually get one or two dozen people to come and live in their house permanently in order to press the buttons. by which time, they're only inflating that house's figures by a factor of like 8-10, not hundreds and thousands, so it becomes fairly statistically negligible against the entire household pool.

Meantime, I know you all care:

NEW - Biden’s campaign looked into an endorsement from W, but it’s not coming. But if Biden wins and Trump causes chaos, Biden would lean on him to get involved.

Bush doesn’t want to get mixed up in any of it.https://t.co/ecN3Im3Qaa

Sanders endorsed my local city council person for re-election (in Berkeley) and she's the most incompetent person to ever sit on the city council by some measure. Of course she's pushed his endorsement all over the place. It doesn't matter, almost everyone hates her.

akm, Friday, 16 October 2020 20:19 (five years ago)

and as a result, I put little stock in any Sanders endorsements for city elections.
