Can his Twitter account run for president?

Note from Designer & Series Creator: Anthony Giannini, CEO, USAF-RFor these past four years, I have created and co-designed the Historic Moments in World History Originating with the Presidency of Donald J. Trump. As I predicted the Korean Summits would occur, with recognition for this prediction in Breitbart News, when all media thought otherwise, especially when the Summit was at one point cancelled, I am honored to pre-release the final coin for the first four years of the Presidency of Donald J. Trump in our Historic Moments in Presidential Series. The title of my new coin is President Donald J. Defeats COVID by KO in Round 1!Design is suggestive of superhero graphic art because POTUS 45 has created a never before seen presidential myths. I predict, ages hence, myths will abound of President Donald J. Trump, akin to the Epic of Gilgamesh.

Re: the tweeting frequency tweet above, I was thinking the same thing. Dude runs a country and he tweets dozens of times a day. Dude's laid up in a hospital bed with nothing to do and he falls silent. More revelatory than a hundred conflicting pressers on his status, imo.
― OrificeMax (Old Lunch), Sunday, 4 October 2020 19:28 (five years ago)
gotta think they took his phone, if hes well enough for a photo op hes well enough to tweet
― lag∞n, Sunday, 4 October 2020 19:33 (five years ago)
unless he just doesnt want to tweet cause hes sad about dying
have we considered the possibility that he's not tweeting because he's sad about being directly responsible for 200,000 deaths?

tbf when I was in the hospital a year ago I had IVs in each of my hands, and it was pretty hard to move my arms around without yanking uncomfortably at one of the sites. And I'm not a pussy, like Trump is.
― Josh in Chicago, Sunday, 4 October 2020 19:34 (five years ago)
It''s also possible he's not tweeting because he's spending all his time googling various illness. Like, say, covid.
― Josh in Chicago, Sunday, 4 October 2020 19:35 (five years ago)
The worst thing about that coin is I know it’s aimed directly at people like me who would fucking love to have one should he kick the bucket but $100 fuck that
― frogbs, Sunday, 4 October 2020 19:37 (five years ago)
Totes worth it imo.
― pomenitul, Sunday, 4 October 2020 19:39 (five years ago)
btw The look on his face when he briefly coughs or seems to cough in that video he posted, while priceless, also reminds me of the look on his face when the eagle attacked him, and also when that guy stormed him on the campaign trail. which is to say, real panic and fear.

No. No, we have not. (Well, maybe treeship has.)

If he recovers, he's totally going to come out with some shit like "nobody before knew this could be contagious and land you in the hospital. I told my doctor this and he said with tears in his eye, 'sir we never knew this. Thank you for saving the country with this newfound medical discovery.'"

Uh oh, now Claudia Conway has it. That child lives a truly cursed existence and should file for emancipation immediately.
― Mario Meatwagon (Moodles), Sunday, 4 October 2020 20:19 (five years ago)
xpost I was going to follow up they suggestion with a bunch of “ahahahahas” but couldn’t lock in my post in time

Dad Conway hints we may learn why he went to the hospital last year. Some suspect use of aspirin hints at prior stroke.
― Josh in Chicago, Sunday, 4 October 2020 20:22 (five years ago)
Is it just me or is what’s happening to Claudia Conway right now clearly the start of some super villain origin story
― frogbs, Sunday, 4 October 2020 20:22 (five years ago)
Tipsy, interesting post, however I should say that this bit -
Republicans file a ton of lawsuits contesting the election, prompting massive street demonstrations and civil unrest as Biden attempts to put together a Cabinet and prepare for an inauguration that Mitch McConnell is declaring "illegal" and Fox News is calling a coup.
Is nonfiction. Pretty sure those things will happen anyway, presuming T loses.

xps:
Remdesivir: randomized trials with modest benefit. Regeneron's REGN-COV2 antibody cocktail: Stage II without significant benefit, Stage III in progress. Dexamethasone: multiple randomized trials with substantial benefit in critical cases or less benefit severe cases (on supplemental oxygen).Famotidine and melatonin: a few retrospective case series with lower risk of progression. No randomized trials.Vitamin D: status predicts outcome, but no interventional studies to date.Zinc: more speculative, helps with common cold & sepsis, benefits in cell culture, but only Covid-19 interventional study in conjunction with hydroxychloroquine & azithromycin. No randomized trials.Aspirin: Trump's already on this as of 2018, 1st line anticlotting. No randomized trials.
The only Rx med there that's more speculative is the REGN-COV2. The last 5 are OTC meds with limited side effects. This isn't yet the kitchen sink, which could also include (for early pulmonary phase): enoxaparin (rather than aspirin), simvastatin (rather than the Crestor Trump takes), azithromycin, ivermectin, thiamine, magnesium...

I couldn't be President of my cat when I was on Dexamethasone. He should not be exercising the powers of the Office of President on that drug. We are lucky if he doesn't start a war. He's incapacitated.— Michele Dauber (@mldauber) October 4, 2020

also, covid itself is reportedly often absolutely exhausting.
― Josh in Chicago, Sunday, 4 October 2020 20:49 (five years ago)
yeah I think it's kinda far fetched to think he's likely to die from this but given everything we've learned over the last 7 (!!!) months I don't see how he resumes his campaign prior to election day
― frogbs, Sunday, 4 October 2020 20:51 (five years ago)
15% chance of death in his age/weight range, aiui

Only 4% less than his chances of winning on Nov 3 according to 538.xp
― pomenitul, Sunday, 4 October 2020 20:54 (five years ago)
Higher (23%) among patients who receive Dexamethasone in the trial fwiw (not because Dexamethasone has kills people, but because you only give it to people who are already pretty ill). I would imagine it’s higher than 23% among the subset in that trial who were 74 and overweight and are rumoured to have had a stroke last year.

f/ Yes, they could give his last doses of IV remdesivir in WH, but still risky to discharge. In RECOVERY trial (which proved value of dexamethasone), mortality rate in TREATMENT group for pts requiring O2 was 23.3% (vs. 26.2% in usual care). A nearly 1-in-4 risk of death. This is a weirdly aggressive response.
Like sure, most people have it worse, and it might be nice to be rich and connected, but I wouldn't want to live in that fucking household.

just a few weeks ago she was talking emancipation, I don't think it's a guarantee she's getting any of that blood money.

Didn't she literally say something about wanting legal emancipation? Isn't that what caused her mom to resign?

anyway, who cares about any of them.

So has Trump put himself in charge of which medication is administered? I can well imagine him thinking he knows better than the doctors, and then demanding everything in their medicine cabinet whether it's a good idea or not.
