Biden going poz-only is smart, I can't imagine anyone in his camp is seriously talking about suspending campaigning.

Probably running polling on how best to deal with President Pence tho.

The main problem with Pence is that he is such a non-entity that it may be possible to quickly project an image onto him, like he was a blank white movie screen and make people like him just long enough to snag back some traditional older republicans who were sick of Trump.

Best way to counter that would be to remind everyone that Trump put Pence in charge of COVID-19 response at the very beginning and he was never officially removed from that responsibility. Just pin that tail on that ass - with a vengeance.

Ironically, Trump definitely dumped that job on Pence so he could be a political heat shield and a scapegoat if things got out of hand.

Like I said, everything about this is amazing

The fact that he’s not even on the one drug he promoted so heavily that it became the de facto “Trump drug” is also quite funny

No amount of projecting will make Pence a Trump replacement, his only constituency is the anti-abortionists and maybe the "oh well, at least he's a republican" faction. People like Trump because he's Trump, and Pence can't come close to being that.
