Kicking myself for forgetting to sign up for the Presidents in Pop Culture ML, which seems like it'd be in my wheelhouse.

I do prefer the name Sakura (which I voted for along with Wakanda) over Keystone, so that's fun!

Partly worried that I breaking a rule saying even that, but even if in this case it is not too bad, I will tread carefully.

mookieproof, Saturday, 17 October 2020 18:12 (three years ago) link

I have benefited from some generous scoring and a ton of luck in the STUFF ML, where I'm currently in fourth but which I expect to fall from very quickly.

I did the Faulkner ODS and finished at a VERY pedestrian 39th %ile.

I got 44% but would have gotten 80% if I had monied properly. (Do you guys know how to check that?) Also went for the long money with the Portable editor but bet on the wrong horse.

I think about a year ago, maybe? Someone had created a Chrome extension that showed it, and Thorsten must've thought it was worth incorporating into the site.

Is there a list of the newly accepted 1DSes somewhere, or do I need to go through each month on the calendar?

jaymc, Sunday, 1 November 2020 00:32 (three years ago) link

Oh, never mind--found it!

jaymc, Sunday, 1 November 2020 00:32 (three years ago) link

I just clicked, which I didn't realize meant that it confirmed the date, which I hope is OK with forks.

Anyone sign up to do 1DS testing?

Meet the Anti-Monks! (James Redd and the Blecchs), Tuesday, 3 November 2020 13:31 (three years ago) link

I always do a good bit of testing under the (unfounded but it's held up so far) belief that it may make it more likely for my 1DS proposals to be accepted.
