There must be several parts of the country now where it's pretty safe to go into a restaurant by this stage but that is transparently not true of the whole country, telling people in Bradford to go out and spend money in restaurants is completely different to doing it in Cornwall, or even in London.

It's also going to be less predictable when we hit school holidays and people start travelling all over the country.
