Actually they're just re-airing the first Jennings ep today, and the rest of this week they'll have the All-Star tourney w/him & Holtzhauer & Brad from earlier this year.

Have they run out of new episodes? There was nothing at the end of Friday’s to indicate that they were showing old stuff this week.

i think so. They stopped taping in mid-march and are typically about 6 weeks ahead

I believe there’s a tournament or two in the can, probably holding them to space out remaining new content

Pretty dumb to do first-and-last on Jennings instead of the whole run imo. If this ended tomorrow, they'd still take months to get new eps into the pipeline (it's only been so short lately because of Trebek's health absences), might as well milk as many ~events~ as you can

They probably can't show all of them due to the horrific racism and sexism no doubt contained in the clues and categories crassly supplied by the Jeopardy writers in those less enlightened times of <checks notes> 2004.

Clearly no one is traveling to be on the show. Every single contestant this week is from the L.A. area

Yeah, and they said on Monday that the returning champ would not be able to appear right away (presumably due to travel issues/safety).

Yeah I haven't watched any from this week yet, waiting to get a handful bundled up to power through.

I presume no one knows who Wonderhussy is (I'm a fan), but she appeared on Jeopardy against Ken Jennings in 2003, and she just posted a youtube on the experience.
