xp on one hand i gave it the obama-referencing title because i liked/like obama and her ascent was reminding me of the early obama days when it seemed he could do no wrong. and also because, inevitably, like obama, she will screw up. to me, "what are ____'s flaws" is a genre of thread title (a genre of 2) that refers to people you genuinely like a lot and want to succeed, but i understand how that doesn't come through to people who aren't glued to the political threads

I genuinely love how unflappable she is. And I love imagining how flapped her would-be antagonists are by her unflappability.

I don't have a problem with the title of this thread any more than I did with the Obama one. I don't open this thread intending or expecting to see people talking shit about her, but I don't expect a cheerleading section either. the mildly cautious eye-on-u approach seems ok.

i believe there are actually lots of good congresspeople, they just don't make news.

i am very sorry to nitpick, and i'm actually ok with changing the title to whatever, but why keep the "flawed" part in it, even in parentheses, if that's the part that prompts negative feelings when it's seen? just ditch it entirely imo, it's not a big deal
