lot of bernie people seem to think warren dropping out would be a big boost to him but i think her remaining supporters could just as likely latch onto buttigieg, or klob given her performance tonight

and lot of people in general seem to think she would endorse him but i don't think that's even close to a given... would imagine literally all the other candidates would be willing to offer a lot for her endorsement

im being glib, im def for expanding his base. i dont think harris is the best choice. im angling for castro bc (a) need young progressives on the national stage (b) he didnt attack sanders (or warren) during his campaign and would make a good surrogate on the campaign trail (c) has record (preK4SA) of supporting public programs (d) porque san anto

Castro was a pretty shitty HUD secretary but it's hard to care about qualifications when you're talking VP aside from 'not old enough to collect Social Security.'

Sanders already has strong Latino support. Castro was not good at HUD. I liked some of the things he campaigned on but I don’t think it will be him.
