Jimenez's miss is the one we'll regret if the score stands

éminence rose et jaune (Noodle Vague), Sunday, 15 December 2019 14:52 (six years ago)

éminence rose et jaune (Noodle Vague), Sunday, 15 December 2019 14:56 (six years ago)

100 Percent That Grinch (Neanderthal), Sunday, 15 December 2019 14:57 (six years ago)

even Souness thinks it was a foul

Number None, Sunday, 15 December 2019 14:58 (six years ago)

Yeah, don't really fancy Raul from outside the box

éminence rose et jaune (Noodle Vague), Sunday, 15 December 2019 14:58 (six years ago)

this is the type of game where I could see two goals happening in the span of three minutes.

for which squad, tho....

100 Percent That Grinch (Neanderthal), Sunday, 15 December 2019 14:59 (six years ago)

oh shit Raul

éminence rose et jaune (Noodle Vague), Sunday, 15 December 2019 15:07 (six years ago)

éminence rose et jaune (Noodle Vague), Sunday, 15 December 2019 15:30 (six years ago)

i must have missed the announcement that this was a cup tie

éminence rose et jaune (Noodle Vague), Sunday, 15 December 2019 15:32 (six years ago)

Wolves a bit rattled and niggly the last 5 minutes and as i'm typing it we get another Traore stopper from Dier

éminence rose et jaune (Noodle Vague), Sunday, 15 December 2019 15:36 (six years ago)

Greenwood is going to be an absolute superstar

Number None, Sunday, 15 December 2019 15:37 (six years ago)

Banáná hÉireann (darraghmac), Sunday, 15 December 2019 15:42 (six years ago)

Kean subbed for Niasse fifteen minutes after being brought on. No idea why.

Srinivasaraghavan VONCataraghavan (ShariVari), Sunday, 15 December 2019 15:47 (six years ago)

éminence rose et jaune (Noodle Vague), Sunday, 15 December 2019 15:49 (six years ago)

gutted at the stoppage loss, but the unbeaten streak had to end sometime I guess.

congrats Spurs fans.

Wolves w/ brutal sched coming up, tho no Europa for a while to exhaust them.

100 Percent That Grinch (Neanderthal), Sunday, 15 December 2019 15:54 (six years ago)

v harsh

Le Bateau Ivre, Sunday, 15 December 2019 15:55 (six years ago)

on the whole i'd rather be in Miami

éminence rose et jaune (Noodle Vague), Sunday, 15 December 2019 15:55 (six years ago)

great game, maybe the best i've seen us play. all i want for Christmas is a goal poacher tbh

éminence rose et jaune (Noodle Vague), Sunday, 15 December 2019 15:56 (six years ago)

very harsh, tho tbh the final ball from wolves all game didnt really hurt us as much as other teams have managed tbh

Banáná hÉireann (darraghmac), Sunday, 15 December 2019 15:58 (six years ago)

yeah that energy came with a degree of headless chickenry at times, Jota, Raul and Traore all chose the wrong option on occasion

éminence rose et jaune (Noodle Vague), Sunday, 15 December 2019 16:00 (six years ago)

postgame spring break at the beach is killing me

Banáná hÉireann (darraghmac), Sunday, 15 December 2019 17:06 (six years ago)

a wondersave away from the sickest hat-trick in living memory

imago, Sunday, 15 December 2019 17:14 (six years ago)

Arsenal have not lost a top flight home match by more than a three-goal margin since a 5-1 defeat against Wolves on 22 April 1961.

This is a pretty crazy statistic, especially for Arsenal given recent times.

Le Bateau Ivre, Sunday, 15 December 2019 17:33 (six years ago)

Lads, how's this for a xmas surprise: Pards is most likely the new manager of ADO Den Haag (link). The ugliest side in the Eredivisie - all about stamina and rolling up sleeves, nice football we don't care for; sort of like West Ham on the pitch, and w/ Millwall Bushwackers as their audience - thought it wise to take on Pardew as their manager. For whatever reason.

Now I'm not saying this is a bigger failure or a more unthinkable appointment than Moyes at Sociedad, but it sure is promising!

Le Bateau Ivre, Monday, 16 December 2019 18:36 (six years ago)

Dutch media say he'll be on the pitch as early as Sunday. If this happens, I feel obliged to start a 'Pards goes Dutch' thread to track the man, the myth.

Le Bateau Ivre, Monday, 16 December 2019 18:37 (six years ago)

looks like fun but i feel i shd point out that historically West Ham's fans thought of them as a footballing side, they've never wanted to be lumpen *on the pitch* which is why Big Sam wasn't embraced

éminence rose et jaune (Noodle Vague), Monday, 16 December 2019 18:39 (six years ago)

Can we expect some of this from Pards though?

You are completely right to point that out. xp

Le Bateau Ivre, Monday, 16 December 2019 18:44 (six years ago)

Lol Tom, I too am dying to find out how fast Pardew contracts the shh disease.

Le Bateau Ivre, Monday, 16 December 2019 18:45 (six years ago)

lbi Please make that thread
