It would be interesting (if such a thing were possible) to compare our respective lifespans in a world with and without a President Trump. The Syria situation is extremely messed up, does nothing beneficial for the US, and seems to be done purely out of deference to Trump's favorite thugs with zero consultation with the Pentagon.
