One of the finer points that needs hammering home is the fact that he lacks the basic ability to distinguish right from wrong, legal from illegal. As indicated by his baffling belief that today's memo somehow exonerates him. If he acts within the law, it's entirely incidental, as he's amply demonstrated he will always place expedience before propriety and always insist that he was in the right because how could an action perfectly in line with his desires possibly be otherwise.

do these idiots think 'emails' are a physical thing? like a fucking binder full of emails hidden in the Ukraine?

I know he mentioned a server in the transcript, but it seems like there's a non-negligible chance that Trump still believes email to be tangible, physical thing and that all of Hillary's emails are in like a big pile in some Ukrainian cave or something.

The great tragicomedy of Trump's presidency is that if he was willing/able to be a little flexible, to try and learn the ropes just a smidge, to surround himself with competent advisors, and I mean just to exert the most minute amount of effort imaginable, he could have really gotten some sinister-ass shit done. But instead he's a dumbfuck who insists on shooting himself in the dick and complaining about how unfair it is that he keeps getting shot in the dick.
