I've long wanted to make a pizza using chicken gravy. Just obvs not KFC chicken gravy.

KFC gravy in the US used to be good and of its place (like a Kraft slice on a diner burger) and used to hit the spot in sub-zero Minnesota winters.

I love the bit where you have the time to caramelize the onions but still want to cook your food in a crisp packet like a prisoner of war
