Any "success" he's had vis a vis the media is accidental or literally dumb luck, just as his success in every other arena of life has been.

AZ sen McSally initially said the project which is having its funds diverted to THE WALL was $30k but like budget reports are hard to understand n stuff & it's actually $30 million. This does not preclude it being doublespeak. These are common places for such occluded language to be put to use. I would say that lumping together "healthcare facilities, housing and temporary structures" with "jails and prisons" is not a way to achieve clarity about one's subject matter, but a way to make understanding what is being discussed more difficult.

What i was discussing was facilities run by a dept that manages imprisoned populations, which includes all the types i listed, among others. This is the opposite of obfuscation.
