i agree that not all conspiracy theories are equal, and obviously there's an actual conspiracy at the heart of the epstein stuff, but that doesn't mean the claims he was murdered don't deserve scrutiny

We're living in an era in which Israel has supported Al-Qaeda affiliated militia's in Syria's civil conflict, American think-tank conservatives have hailed Jabhat al-Nusra, and American airpower has supported them. I don't think there's any evidence Isreal played a role in Al-Qaeda circa 2001, but Israel is a state that follows its own foreign policy which is at best orthogonal to America's long term interests.
