I notice posts that repeatedly say Epstein was on suicide watch and others that repeatedly say he was taken off suicide watch. That covers all the bases, I guess.

I'm not fully up on the details, but I don't see how Epstein even countenances suicide BEFORE a trial. He'd have a reasonable expectation he could beat the case surely. After a conviction, well. thats a different story

People believe in conspiracy theories about the wealthy and powerful being depraved monsters who can get away with anything because they are constantly being given good reason to believe it.

Right, exactly! I don't think anyone here is going to dispute that people die regularly in prison, both by their own hand and by the hands of others. It is far from outlandish to suggest the people are murdered in prison, and that certain people are potentially more at risk of this happening to them.

After trial, I'd take a sucide explanation all day long. Before? I can't see it

I cannot get over this diary and specifically page 16 where the author, allegedly a child with disabilities who was abused by leon black and jeffrey epstein, obliquely references that donald trump took her "dignity": https://www.justice.gov/epstein/files/DataSet%2012/EFTA02731433.pdf

She wrote it in code and doesn't go into detail. And the diary seemingly was put together in the early 2000s. It is mind boggling to me that there was no closure on this issue.
