That is a very common one.

Yesterday I learned that Kate Mara (full name Kate Rooney Mara) and Rooney Mara (full name Patricia Rooney Mara) are two different people, and I've seen either/both of them in loads of things and considered the-two-people-I-thought-was-one-person to be an excellent actor

Kate O'Mara was also an excellent actor. She was on Dynasty as Caress Morell, also was in The Vampire Lovers (1970).
