Just too far to get the same people who would need to commute to Tokyo?

I think for this season they want to capture the energy of the upcoming Olympics.

I have to point out the whole franchise started in Shonan which is several large regions/municipalities away from Tokyo, but definitely commutable. Another thing is I think there has only been a few Osaka cast members (& nobody from Kyoto iirc).

I am still not over Tsubasa and Shion.

Maybe their arc is not over...

I think it is strange Yui and Aio are still together.

Now that Taishi & Chikako have called it quits (+ Frankie & her husband from BGND got divorced!), I think the only two on-screen couples still involved are the highly unlikely Yui/Aio & Seina/Noah from OND.

Someone who was doing some IG-stalking noticed that Ryo (hazel-eyed apparel guy from Aloha State) & Naomi are now an item.

Seina and Noah seemed the most complimentary of couples. I can see them together for awhile.

Yamachan marriage reveal was the biggest shock ever on TH! I always hoped that there was some kind of a secret connection between him and Torichan.

I think towards the end of this 12 ep chunk, one of the saddest saps of the TH franchise comes back (he doesn't even live in the house!) and just won't go away.... ugh.

International licensing. Its why there's a delay in the release in Japan vs the rest of world: editors scrub all the music out & replace it with generic youtube pop/rock.

We’re just heading in to the fabled 11th episode. I hope it’s a good one because these housemates are maddening so far! If you have to change your mind so many times, then it’s possible there could be a match for you in the world somewhere outside of these three people.

The only one that I so far think is fine is Kaori.

Yeah, she seems very much like someone you could easily be friends with.

I’m not totally sure which event in episode 11 is the big one, but for me the scene with Shohei was totally shocking in comparison with the usual flow of things in the house.

This season is giving me a lot of existential anxiety and feelings of regret in general so far haha
