I think it says TIGGLES in Olde English script. Andy's Myspace name is "A TIGGLES." His last name, perhaps? Or a nickname?
Another view, with his bros:

Hey Ryan! It's me Mrs. T. I just wanted to wish you a Happy 20th Birthday!!! It's so hard to believe you are that old. It seems like just yesterday that you and Tommy were looking at Mr. T's Playboy magazines and setting fires.....I'm glad I didn't know all the stuff you guys got into, but you did get caught at a lot......Anyhow, hope all is well over there and you're able to celebrate a little. Stay safe and well. Mrs. Turnbull

No, please do it! We want to get to the bottom of this! We may feel all empty and purposeless after everything's solved, like someone who's tried to conquer the North Pole for his whole life and finally succeeds in it, but isn't it so with every great journey? There'll be new adventures ahead of us still!

Diehl comes across as a bit of two-dimensional jerk, albeit one with a certain jock-type charisma that attracts some girls. If he wanted to, Diehl could probably set up a threesome with the two girls. Wayne is painfully lacking in any charsima, jock-type or otherwise. He seems so different from Diehl that I'm guessing they're not friends, but that someone else invited Wayne to the party, as suggested up-thread.
I'm also guessing that Wayne is a bit more of an interesting character than Diehl and co. He's not shown in his best light at the Diehl party, because he's a fish out of water, feeling awkward and uncomfortable. He looks like a total loser but he's just more of a quiet, introspective type. The evidence for the prosecution is of course the Hooters t-shirt. But that could be a)not reflecting his real character but an attempt to ingratiate himself into the redneck culture in which he finds himself, or b)he might have a weekend kitchen job at Hooters. Unlike Diehl, Wayne hasn't gone straight from school into the army. He's probably studying at a nearby college. I think he might even have a girlfriend, although she's going to be a bit plainer and weightier than the two girls in the source photo.

Can I just say I was feeling like total shit yesterday - had a terrible cold - could not function on any level - accept to sit wrapped in a blanket at the computer staring like a fool at the screen - but this thread totally cured me. To-day I am feeling much better...I thank you all.
And, back in 1981 (different bedroom/different t-shirt (probably iron Maiden) but same sitting on the bed feeling totally out of it) I WAS Wayne (Tommy), and it all turned out good in the end.

Wayne looks like Diehl's inferior, since Diehl is this tall, rangy guy who clearly appeals to the women of his entourage. Diehl is basically a smalltown jock. But Diehl's education stopped at high school, and since coming back cashed-up from Iraq, he's been unemployed and, judging from his myspace profile, in no hurry to get a job either ("I dont like to work so I dont"). His prospects aren't really too great. His best friend Tommy Turnball also never went to college and works as a labourer. Turnball describes his life thusly: "I usually just do the same shit every day, work, drink, sleep, repeat." As for intellectual stimulus, he boasts that "I have actually read a book I didn't have to: Black Hawk Down." We're talking about guys with very narrow horizons here. And Diehl's tour of duty in Iraq probably only narrowed his further. He'll probably never escape his home town and will end up in some dead-end job, still drinking with his pal Tommy and mooning for the camera.
Wayne, on the other hand, looks like a college kid to me. He's doing computer studies or something. He may not look too great now, but in ten years' time, he's going to be doing a lot better than Diehl.

evidence.http://diehliniraq.com/v-web/gallery/albums/Diehls-Party/awkward.sized.jpgprobably just made some blokeish comments "i like me hooters i do" or "fancy a threesome laaadies?" and the girls turn away in disgust, see the way laurel did a "Tim from The Office"'s face, like when keith the accountant bloke talks about giving girls orgasms.
