Any arguments I'd have with my dude on this issue would probably stem from differences in libido. But that's a best-case scenario. It's never an easy conversation.

To clarify, she's not gay (that I know of) and doesn't talk terribly often about gay couples. It's just: I'm gay, and I like her, hence she becomes a diva.

Perhaps off topic, but the past three weeks I've been involved in a dispute with my former landlord about the state in which I left the unit. We resolved our dispute today and I am gaily heaving sighs of relief about it.

I'm Cancer and avoid conflict to a hysterical extent. I can relate to the almost spiritual relief I feel whenever a conflict is resolved.

Oh, same... I don't avoid conflict so much, I'm happy to engage, but I get physically ill when things become acrimonious and/or are left unresolved. I really like my former landlord, like, a lot, but he wanted to withhold an immense amount of my deposit for stuff like "the oven stopped working" and when I pointed out that it wasn't my responsibility to fix appliances (legally) it got really ugly really fast. I don't know what caused him to suddenly have a change of heart today but it went from me expecting a process server at my door to me waiting on the cheque he has now said is in the mail in a blink-of-an-eye. Hooray for resolution, feels good

fgti, I got tickets to see Jeremy Dutcher in Glasgow next month - a concert and a lecture (about Wolastoq culture and language). Veeeeery much looking forward to that!
