As I get older I get angrier and mellower at the same time. I've always been pretty happy. Probably happier since I don't have to dither about as much.

I should get angrier. Mainly bec I was raised to never be angry. I think releasing anger can be a good thing. To stifle (?) those feelings and turn them inwards: RONG. And harmful.
