I don't ever even think much about Bill Evans - saxophonist. It's Bill Evans the pianist who also played in an earlier Miles group who is top Bill!

In my experience lots of ppl also get Coleman Hawkins and Ornette Coleman mixed up

I don't actually get the people confused, but their names (and timelines) are close enough that I started a movie tonight waiting for Jack Warden to show up until Jack Weston did, and I thought "Right--Jack Weston."
