Ruth Buzzi is quite good. Lots of old-school quips, but well-executed ones. We tend not to expect octogenarians to be witty but really there's no reason they can't be.

John Tesh almost exclusively posts tips about health and saving money and such. Definitely worse uses of Twitter out there.

Chrissy Teigen is the only one that is consistently funny/witty for a non-comedic celebrity.

I had know idea who she was until people I follow retweeted her. She is great.

I just looked at Huffpo because I was wondering why I never, ever look at it. The layout is still terrible.
