woke up from a nightmare the other night that after declaring a state of emergency, he instituted a draft to force people to serve six-month terms on the border building the wall.

the only small saving grace here is that, after two years plus of this shit, nobody is likely to take anything he says TOO seriously, up to and including a declaration of war against mexico as it will be made instantly and abundantly clear that he has not vetted whatever half baked decisions he presents with anyone who would then be obliged to enact his dumbfuck pronouncements
