Cardiff have doubled their goal tally for the season.

Considering we usually draw our first nine games of the season it's quite remarkable we haven't had a single one so far.

I had a dream last night I was watching Town getting embarrassed by some abstract opposition that wasn't Liverpool. The pitch was a sloping school playground with grass growing through the cracks, and some points was turning into a multi-storey car park and the ball was falling down to lower levels. A sign we are about to get fucking rinsed imo!

I'm assuming the area had largely cleared out after the game? There don't seem to be any suggestions that any supporters or staff not in the helicopter were caught up in the event, although I suppose its too early to tell.

Witness reports are suggesting the rear rotor probably failed so with barely any momentum the pilot would have had almost no control for a planned emergency landing and in the last seconds it was wildly spinning out of control. Just saying fuck the gutter press and their unhelpful "hero pilot" bs.

If that's true then it's astonishing good fortune for a helicopter crash in a highly built-up and crowded area. I mean for everyone except the passengers that is.

my understanding is such a failure isn't always fatal in mid flight, because the pilot can work with the momentum and do a planned landing. For such a failure to happen on take off means you are "landing" wherever the helicopter takes you.
