but trying to struggle down room-temperature cold coffee is some sad unnecessary shit

personally never had a problem w/ room temp coffee

sometimes if i don't have time to sip and need a caffeine boost i will put ice in my coffee, stir, then pound it

i don't know but a banana after a coffee is good for me in terms of coffee can make me jittery and stuff and it seems to help with that

also coffee dehydrates me and banana has potassium and shit i guess

Yeah also rich in magnesium, too much coffee makes my eye twitch due to Mg deficiency

i got a new togo cup it was the #2 recommended one on the wirecutter but im not sure about this button pushing lifestyle, kinda wish i had one with a sippy hole without the button but then u cld lock it closed to throw in yr bag

whoa, the eye twitching is due to a lack of magnesium? I did not know that, but I regularly suffer from twitching eye after my 3rd or 9th cup of coffee. Now i'll just pair each cup with a banana. Should work out just fine.

(which reminds me, is it just here or did all of a sudden every coffee place start asking if i want them to "leave room for dairy", like, you can say milk, i won't correct you and be like CREAM, ACTUALLY)

Oatly got a plug in Talk of the Town in the NYer earlier this summer

oat milk is not bad and easy to make at home

also pretty cheap as oates are pretty cheap

Oat milk reminds me too much of "sowing your wild oats" thusly the creme cup I do not want - I shall remain of the US Milkers brigade when contaminating my bean brew

My brother has a Vitamix and makes his own almond milk and then dries out the ground almonds and uses them in baking--it's the perfect cycle except for how much water it takes to grow the almonds in the first place. o__O
