don't get me wrong, spain's movement and passing wasn't sharp and they had a few turds in there clogging everything up which made it an amazingly frustrating watch against an astonishingly negative russia team (strange how spain didn't force any of the group B teams to play such dreck eh?) but as an appalling elitist connoisseur I prefer watching teams who have a bit more control over what they're doing. this is too sloppy to be tense, feels remedial after I kept crying out in pain during the previous game

I'm getting more into this weird game. Denmark are pressing high, taking their chances competing for long balls, stretching Croatia out, keeping it scrappy and piecemeal. I think this is a p smart approach, Croatia still haven't really found their way into this

I think I've seen about three Croatian throw-ins that have gone direct to Denmark. They really don't deserve to win this based on their second-half performance. Luka ;_;
