In what way is doping going to help you win a penalty shootout though? Although it might have helped them get to that stage in the first place.

I assume, given the recent history of Russian sport, that they wouldn't be stupid enough to try it. But I'm also idly wondering what would happen if the host team did all fail drugs tests? You couldn't really expel them from their own tournament without major consequences for everything else.
