I heard a pretty good take on Twitter (can't remember who) but it said that every Dem in office when Trump got elected is going to have to prove themselves. That seems pretty otm right now - on Monday we had both minority leaders repudiate Maxine Waters for suggesting that people be rude to Trump officials and today we saw huge blows to both civil and voting rights entirely attributable to Mitch McConnell stealing a Supreme Court Seat. like RIGHT THERE is a pretty big reminder of what you get when you try to be civil with these fuckers. the utter uselessness of establishment Dems is getting pretty exposed right now, especially given that the Trump admin literally kidnapped thousands of kids and is currently holding them for ransom and all this stupid country can talk about is a fascist mouthpiece getting booted out of a restaurant. I hope Crowley losing to a 28-year old sends a big message to all these people.
