As kind of a general guideline for life, I try whenever possible to draw emphasis to the butthole.

And yes, you can totally get pizza delivered to a military base. There's a procedure, and different bases/sections of bases have different clearance requirements. IME, the less secure parts of military bases are almost frighteningly easy to fuck around in (assuming you aren't very obviously trespassing).
