I don't hate ILM. I am simply a bad fit for the culture there, so I avoid it. Near as I can tell, the incidence of clusterfucks is similar between ILM and ILE, so it isn't as if one is a snake pit and not the other.

I found ILX through ILM around 2001 or 2002. I prefer ILE and then the noize board. And then I left all of it for about 10 years except a maybe 2 times a year check in. ~3 months ago I started checking it every day. I'm not a social media person and I still have contact with old ilxors in person. I dunno. Sometimes I feel like venting without wanting to see likes or being notified of responses.
