just spitballing here but could this have to do with that bizarre appearance on Kimmel where he spends the entire interview telling a story about getting pulled over while in another guy's clothes? I've never seen him do an interview like that and, as mentioned in this thread, the story seemed completely made up.

I wonder how many hours of mediocre footage has to be shot before, say, you get a passenger who seems legitimately triggered by 'Mambo No. 5' or another who delivers a very earnest karaoke performance of 'Yankee Doodle Dandy'.

Nathan's the best troll around today. Increasingly I don't buy the consequences of the show, I think it's just smartly edited - but it's always been a comedy show anyway I guess

Also loved this as satire of the late-night talk show format, which is a pretty lame, tired thing deserving of savage mockery imo.

Just caught up on the new season. This show fucking destroys me.
