Yeah, I set aside the one that came with my current imac when I got it 3-4 years ago and forgot about it until a couple of weeks ago. Glad I've got a spare.

Given the lack of ports on anything Mac today I'm okay with a wireless keyboard. I used one of the Logitech ones for a long time.

I've got a Logitech at work, but it doesn't have the little green light in the caps key, which I miss much more than I would.

Fun part about spending tons of money on something is it leads you to need to spend tons more money on other things. Now also looking at an OWC 4 bay thunderbolt enclosure. Fun times.

is it time to upgrade my macbook pro yet? it's still running fine (Mid 2012 model) and i've been holding out for a must have pro upgrade.

Jeff, I’m an Apple Music subscriber and we have an Echo in the kitchen here. Is there any way to the audio from, like, my phone to the Echo now? Bluetooth? Anything? Probably not?

Yeah you can do it with Bluetooth, it's just not as easy as saying Alexa play this from Apple Music. I subscribe to amazon music unlimited too, but it doesn't have everything I want and the app UI is terrible.

Pulled the trigger on a Kaby Lake MBP 15", LG 4K monitor, and $pent my way into USB-C. Easily converted to the new keyboard and am justifying all the expense because my eyes are so much more happier now with the new monitor.

I've had my new imac i7 27" 512 ssd beast sitting here to my left as I've been reinstalling all software and not pulling the trigger on switching over until I finish a few projects on my current computer (2008 mac pro) while being a bit terrified of the daunting task of moving iTunes and Lightroom catalogs over and maintaining the libraries/catalogs. It looks nice but haven't used it yet! Got the numeric version of the keyboard, I like it.
