Summer's back was broken early here by Hurricane Harvey, we had bizarrely autumnal weather in Austin the weekend after the hurricane looped near us. Now it's back to hot September doldrums though. Looking forward to the first real cold front so I can play my summer's end song:

i know pumpkin things are passé and flavored coffee is disgusting but every sunday at the farmer's market i get a cup of coffee and the place has one flavored option every week and it's pumpkin time and i genuinely like pumpkin coffee. i'm not sorry either. i made it myself yesterday, too.
