#1 I mean you cleverly reply to someone popular, they throw you a retweet; a few of their followers also retweet and this leads to a few new followers for you.

I want to follow this great experiment.

I'm pretty bad at twitter and you can count the number of non-ilx non-irl non-bot followers i have on two hands but i still have a good time on it idk. for me the purest narcissistic frisson isn't the one you get from making a good joke and getting a lot of RTs but when an account ur twitter crushing on follows u back

I've got 2000 tweets in four years with a whopping 200 followers.id hate to be one of those nightmare people who have to create lists and stuff.

Silby, I'm doing it semi anonymously (not using rn and only mentioned it to two friends), but also not a lot of my friends tweet actively and also I find facebook's format more conducive to conversation with friends.

My most successful tweet so far is currently at three rts and 22 <3s
