Idk about Culturcide, to me Culturcide's hallmark is vocals that are comically louder than the background music. It's more like Portugal sounds like Paul Weller and the others vary between Belle & Sebastian and Bobby Brown type smoothness

it had that kind of "taped over the backing track" vibe when i was listening last weekend

One could say that Portugal is the most "angular"

it does have a certain faux-naif charm, and then the tagline voice at the end sounds kind of exaggeratedly camp

"Duck You Sucka!" is the full Australian version run thru Paulstretch with a few tweaks to the pitchbend and binaural beats settings

"Metalganser" uses a field recording of a Goosander and a shorter Paulstretch of the Australian advert with more extreme tweaking, mixed thru Audacity with a few extra effects mainly on the duck calls.

more to come until i get bored, i've been gathering the source tracks for as many of the different versions of the advert as i can find.

Thanks to NV I've been debating doing a "Bee Movie but every time they say bee it speeds up" treatment on this advert. I'm quietly obsessed, though clearly not as obsessed as NV himself.
