After 10+ years of living here it still amazes me how quickly England supporters switch from confident bragging to self-loathing. By the end of the game tonight, half the crowd were cheering for Iceland.

Presumably cheap and won't be in a position to spend £14m on Alfonso Alves again. He has been groomed for the role in his capacity as U-21 manager, like Stuart Pearce. International management apparently doesn't require any actual reputation or demonstrable skills.
